This is an online class consisting of 3 days of 4-hour sessions. Speakers and/or a headset plus a microphone will be required. Target group CNC end-users, machine builders, and machine tool dealers, who provide support and training for the programming and operation of CNC turning machines utilizing the ShopTurn graphical user interface. Content •Introduction to functionality and the SINUMERIK CNC •Introduction to tool management •Introduction to the manual operating area •Introduction to program creation, testing, modifying and saving •Programming with standard turning cycles •Programming free contours using contour calculator •Centering, drilling, thread cutting •Working with “multiple clamping” function
